When prices have risen and you cannot afford to buy an existing home at the beach, it there a build alternative? I’m happy to congratulate April on making that decision. She found the least expensive lot in the best neighborhood. Located just half a block to the main street through the village and I might add a twenty foot walk to the popular MacGregor’s Whiskey Bar….she scored! Next up picking out the perfect “Idea Box” home and putting in a foundation. After that just move in and stroll down to the beach, dine at local restaurants and plan retirement!
