Business in the front. Handstands in the back.

When I first met Pete, Trace & their exuberant daughter Ella, it was clear they wanted the walkability & tight knit community Portland’s East Side offers. The only bummer was the architecture & house style they loved, Mid Century Modern, mostly existed on the West Side of town. We stuck to the East Side determined to find a good meet-in-the-middle. Sure enough, after seeing over thirty or forty Craftsman, Dutch Colonials, English Tudors, in and around NE Irvington, Trace stumbled upon this modern in Northeast’s Beaumont Wilshire neighborhood. The perfect balance of East Side conveniences, but with an established modern feel. With massive amounts of natural light, Pips Donuts a hop, skip & a jump away, this is one happy family!
