Ryland and Margeaux called me to help with their search for a home and we looked at many places on the east side of Portland and found this little gem. I say little because it’s just under 700 sq ft! But once you step inside it’s as if you’re in a cabin in the city. Remodeled by the seller with knotty pine floors, ship lap, new mechanicals, design elements out of a magazine, and new paint. All placed on an extra large lot and a place for their camper van made this the home they just had to have. I’m so happy for them and what the future holds. I’m looking forward to joining them around the fire pit and talking about their ski and camping adventures.
