Captain Enthusiasm Saves The Day

By Matt Guy, December 3, 2019

It doesn’t happen very often, but sometimes people fall head over heels in love with the very first home they tour—and then they actually get their offer accepted!!

Andy and Emily had received their preapproval letter from their lender at 9 AM, at 6PM they were touring their first house, by 6:15 they knew that this house was THE HOUSE!!

Understandably, it gave them pause to have found this home so quickly. Should they wait? Would they love another house as much as this one? Was this happening too fast?

The answer to all of these questions, they decided, was a resounding NO.

There was another offer on the table, so Emily and Andy knew that they had to act fast, or they could lose this one.

Their son, Owen (aka Captain Enthusiasm), was not about to let that happen. He had already picked out his bedroom, and had big plans for where all his beloved belongs would fit.

We couldn’t let all of Owen’s planning go to waste. So, we all did our parts, acted quickly, and won the day!

It was just right from the start. Congratulations on your wonderful new home Andy, Emily, and Owen!
