Congratulations to these amazing buyers who are now celebrating in their new Collin’s View home! Wayne & Sumi have lived in this neighborhood for the last 18 years. When it came time to buy a home they had some serious criteria. They even created a spreadsheet with a rating system for each home we toured! The top item on their list was a home IN the Collin’s View neighborhood. Over the years, Wayne & Sumi have developed life long friendships with neighbors, favorite stomping grounds & a love for the central location of this neighborhood.
The house sits perched high off the road and offers tree top views out the large picture window. It has been fully remodeled with new floors, updated kitchen & bathrooms, light fixtures, fresh paint throughout + a brand new roof.
It was a true joy to guide them through the process of buying a home & I am thrilled for their next chapter in Collin’s View!
