I’m Zia McCabe, born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Portland-based since 1994, and a licensed Realtor since 2017. Best known for my 30+ years as bass/synth player with The Dandy Warhols, I bring the same energy, adaptability, and determination to real estate that I’ve honed over decades as a touring musician.
These two careers dovetail quite well - each informing the other with creativity, hustle, and heart. I specialize in working with fellow creatives and neurodivergent clients, offering a thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely personalized experience.
