About a month ago, I received a text from a close friend with a link to a home that read, “HELP! Dream home!” We looked at it the next day, we met over beers, we discussed strategies, we looked at comps, we talked to lenders, we discussed selling their current home, and boom…they are the proud new owners of this incredibly updated home! It was taken down to the studs and completely remodeled. Every square inch of the home has its original charm, mixed with smart and modern updates. It is truly a dream! It was such an honor to hand over the keys and enjoy some champagne with them on closing day! Keys and champagne hit different when it’s your friends that you love so much! Mike and V, I can’t get over how perfect this place is for you. I can’t wait for our friends and family to start filling it with love and laughter. I can’t wait to see the amazing furniture and decor you whip up. I could go on and on and gush over you and your home, but I’ll leave you with this…I hope you thoroughly enjoy the multiple bathroom life! Congratulations my friends ❤️
