Each quarter, Living Room Realty compiles the numbers to see where we rank. Being one of the smallest brokerages, it’s always interesting to see where we stand. Once again Living Room Realty has been ranked number one in Q3 in the city of Portland with 5.94% of the residential market. Keller Williams came in #2 with only 4.08% in market share.
Even more interesting is looking at the metro wide data. Including surrounding suburbs of Portland like Beaverton, Tigard, and Gresham, the picture looks different. Living Room ranks #5 overall. Notably, we are #2 metro wide for most sale’s volume per agent, behind the Hasson Company. Although we only have 130 agents, out agents averaged 2.2 Million in sales for Q3 alone. We are small but we are mighty!
