Congrats to Ali, Chad, Greg and Rose on their new Nedonna Beach getaway! It started in Oceanside with two couples, 4 kids, two mother-in-laws and the family dogs. While we did not get the first house they fell in love with in the quiet hillside of Oceanside, the search continued. I think it was out third time out we found the right place. It had plenty of room, did not require major repairs and was close to 7 miles of sandy beach. On top of this scenario, it was already a successful vacation rental. We closed a couple of days before Rose’s birthday so the first weekend they just moved into this beach house getaway fully furnished. Splitting the cost of a second home with best friends was the way to go and the extra dollars from short terms rentals was the icing on the cake. Congrats to all and may you have many years to enjoy.
