Vermont Hills has been the place that I have called home for the last seven years. When I moved here, I was drawn to the large lots, the abundance of sweet midcentury modern homes, the quiet neighborhood, and, of course, the beautiful views. When my clients told me that they wanted to buy the house that they had been renting, I knew that they should look at other options, but I also understood why they wanted to stay.
So, I took them around to see what else was out there, but they came back to their midcentury beauty. Today, they are closing on their house, and I couldn’t be happier for them.
