Ryan and Abe, first-time homebuyers, engineers, and cat-lovers, set out to find the perfect condo ideal for true city living in the hub of inner SE Portland. Coffee in hand, we stepped into this lovely well-built unit right on Belmont, in the heart of the action, on our first stop on our tour of the day.
First time’s a charm, sometimes! This place was it.
Since I had first hand experience with this builder (who happened to build by own ADU and basement remodel), I knew they’d be in good shape. The place is clean as a whistle, filled with upscale appliances, and very nice windows for the cats to spend their days peering out. It’s just perfect for these two upwardly mobile professional go-getters. So happy for these fine people!
