Our newest closing is a special one. My friend Mark, a native of Chicago, like myself, came to me looking for his next home. After some searching, we were able to find the perfect one!

Even though the seller had just welcomed a newborn, we were able to get in to see the house when needed. Likewise, Mark was super flexible and the sellers were able to finish updates on their new home before moving out. I fully credit great teamwork on all parts for what has been a super successful transaction!
