CLOSED ON A CHARMING NE CONDO

By Marissa Sainz, October 29, 2020

After a month-long search, we just closed on this charming condo unit in Irvington! My client previously put her condo hunt on hold earlier this year when the stay at home order was implemented, but in the end, the delay meant we were able to find the perfect fit!

This traditional one-story 997 square foot condo features two bedrooms and one bathroom, the perfect space for solo living, or a family starter home. The buyer was captivated by the high ceilings, large windows in the spacious living room, and the double closets in the main bedroom. Not to mention, the kitchen was recently updated with black granite countertops complete with appliances, and a stackable washer dryer. What more could you need? As far as the interior, the flooring, paint, and even furniture add a modern touch leaving the space move-in ready. To top it off, large storage space and a private garage provide an extra area for packing away belongings.

The Irvington Eighteen-Hundred Condos were built in 1956 with 10 units in total and are surrounded by beautiful greenery, complemented by a community with many quaint restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and schools nearby. While we were touring the complex, my client and I ran into the owners who were gathered in the courtyard enjoying the sunny afternoon. Their friendliness and accommodating personalities were the cherries on top.

As always, I was honored to be a part of my clients’ search for the perfect home. I love being involved in the Portland community through my work and helping people find exactly what they need in a home. I am so lucky to wake up and enjoy my job each and every day. Congrats to my client in finding their new home!
