Our dear client has no idea her house has successfully closed. I imagine dearest Jacqi staring up at the dark swath of black with speckles of distance stars and mumbling to her fellow rafters that she really hopes all went smoothly in Portland Oregon. If not, she might have to kill her realtors (ha! She wouldn’t actually say that …or maybe she would).
We got you Jacqi! House closed in PDX. The proceeds were wired to Bend for her purchase over there. Whew! One sold and one purchased all while our gal takes her three week rafting trip!
That’s a way to live your life fully. A trip like this, which is one-in-a-lifetime, should never be canceled due to a real estate deal.
