Jake has been a long time friend and recently moved to Portland from LA. He is a very funny comedian and I have been to quite a few of his performances, including a run for Portland’s Funniest in 2017. Searching for a condo with Jake was entertaining to say the least.
The jokes were flowing all day during our tour and of course the last building we walked into was the winner. The Gregory one bedroom condo that he fell in love with has a unique layout with the bedroom on the entrance side of the condo and the living area looking out on a beautiful city view. The unique Art Deco design and the central Pearl location were a perfect combo. We closed last week and now this funny man has a new home!
