When I met the seller for SE Pheasant, I don’t know why she was selling, nor did I know the seller. I quickly learned that the seller lost her husband a year ago. Her life plans changed and now involved selling her house so that she and her daughter’s family could purchase a house to move into together. I am seeing this more often, where families are coming back together to create a community of support and care for each other. There are more options out there with the popularity of ADUs.
