Joel and Rachael are sweethearts with a powerful punch to get sh$t done. They put their minds together to come up with the absolute plan of what they were looking for in their second home. They did their research, asked the right questions and were empowered to make the plunge. They were both so positive that once they had the information it was going to move quickly because they had spend over a year perusing the internet and found what they both loved. And boom! Within a week of getting pre-approved they tailored their choices down to their top 3 and once we identified the top home, they went at it with precision, power and charm and won out in multiple offers.
What they manifested became reality quicker than you could say Jack Robinson. It was impressive to see them reach for their goals and we couldn’t be more proud to have worked alongside them in this wonderful venture. Congrats Joel and Rachael!
