Under Contract in St John’s

It has been my pleasure searching the St John’s market with my client Herbert. After viewing the market for new construction builds in N Portland, Herbert decided on writing an offer for his dream house. After a couple rounds of negotiations his offer was accepted! With views looking over the St John’s Bridge from the front porch, master bedroom, reading nook and office… it was hard to pass up writing on offer on this house.
