Craig and Meg are a couple of cool cats living in a funky community in upstate New York. They are getting ready to retire and wanted to be closer to their 2 sons who both moved to Portland after college. If I didn’t have this history, I woulda thought they were some quintessential Portlanders… they like to bike around, love trying different foods and beers, and above all… they love live music! They visited their son recently who lived near Mt Tabor and just fell in love with the area and the gorgeous park. Their retirement is still a couple of years out, but when they came across this gorgeous condo a block from Tabor park, they knew they had to have it! It has everything they wanted, gorgeous large living space, a second bed and bath for guesst, and soooooooo close to the park! It was a pleasure working with you both and I wish you many happy memories in your new city with your boys and hopefully the grandkids you’re dreaming of soon…..
