When we started looking we had planned on taking slow, hopefully finding something at some point this summer. Charode and Jennifer definitely wanted to make sure they purchased the right home, since there family was growing and they needed more space. About 2 weeks in we ran into exactly what they were looking for and they were able to stay in the same Concordia neighborhood. It was a multiple offer situation and ours was the chosen bid!
Shout out to Mary for getting all the repairs done for us with such short notice, that was clutch!
