When I met Andrea, Kent, their daughter Kate and their dachshund, Bruno, I was smitten. They are so much fun to be around and of course, they have a dachshund: I knew we were meant to work together! I helped them buy this beautiful mid century home on almost 5 acres, with a beautiful kitchen, vaulted ceilings, 2 fireplaces, a bar…. I could go on and on but its just a beautiful house, close to amenities but out in the country, where they had Llamas, goats and chickens. They decided this spring that it was time for them to downsize as Kate, their daughter, has graduated from high school and they have more freedom to travel . They have always dreamed of living downtown Portland where they can walk to restaurants, shopping and Kent can ride his unicycle (kinda hard to ride it in the country). We got an offer in the first week, from a family that lives right down the street and so now the Hawes can make their dream of living downtown Portland a reality! Welcome to Portland!
