Ever think about building your own home? Andrew and Courtney were looking for privacy on the Oregon Coast and when we found this great .67 acre lot bordered by State land that could not be developed. It is like a private enchanted forest with neighboring homes at least a half acre in the distance. The Cove Beach/Falcon Cove area feels so remote even though you are just 5 miles to Manzanita and 3 miles or so from Cannon Beach where you can find great restaurants and shops. Once we found the lot they jumped in to conduct due diligence and met with a builder and research the utility connections. Now I am very excited to see where the project goes. I am betting a beautiful modern box home with high ceilings, stone fireplace and great private outdoor decks to sit upon and enjoy the nature. In that neighborhood, I am sure deer, elk, eagles and other forest creatures will use their backyard as a playground.
