Normally, if someone gives you flowers, it’s a good thing. However, if anyone ever offers you a daisy chain in real estate, most agents go running for the hills.
It’s a complicated process but, as I found throughout my transaction with the Johnson family, not all contingent offers end in disaster.
Sure, it was no walk in the park, but wow, was it worth it. We were able to sell their Concordia craftsman for 20k over asking, which gave them the push they needed to get into their never-been-lived-in, dream home.
