You don’t come across too many eastside triplexes built in the last 20 years. It was almost that long ago that my clients locked down one. What was once a “rough” pocket of Portland with limited shops and restaurants nearby is now one of the hipper spots on the eastside. Word a mouth counts for a lot and when my clients informed their friends we were listing this property we had an offer from a family member of that friend within a day.
