Joan and Harris love their home in Eugene. They also love Portland, and have enjoyed renting an apartment in the Pearl District as a charming home away from home. Much about this situation was great, but they grew tired of renting (not to mention noise from adjacent I405,) so decided to explore area condos.
As design enthusiasts (she’s a landscape designer and he’s a RE developer,) they were fantastic clients! We explored some of the best homes in the Pearl before they decided to commit to the new Vista building. Their offer was accepted in January 2018, and are finally closing now that construction is complete – 11 months later – exciting!
With terrific river and city views, they are certain to love life in their new home. And I can’t wait to see how they decorate it!
