I recently helped my client sell this totally awesome home in the hip Alberta neighborhood. This home is full of amazing details and unexpected moments. So before I close the book on this story, I just want to revisit my favorites.
Detail #1: The lines on the formal dining room. Clean, minimalist, and light-filled.
Detail #2: The kitchen breakfast nook. An unexpected touch that brings instant style to the space.
Detail #3: Awesome back deck and yard. Tranquil and lush, while still maintained. It’s practically begging for some al fresco entertaining in the upcoming warm summer nights.
Detail #4: There is a fish pond with a little waterfall! They say being around moving water is good for your health. Negative ions and all that.
