Restored and Reimagined off Division

By Living Room Realty, April 5, 2020

Before renovations:

  • Dilapidated shell of a home, overgrown with plants, with an unfinished and unsided second level welcoming in the elements.
  • Due to a previous owner breeding dogs inside the house, the smell was ungodly.
  • Lower level a barely usable <6′ ceiling height.

After renovations:

  • Upper level addition creating bonus room / study and master suite with vaulted ceilings, skylights, balcony, custom walk-in closets, separate laundry, and master bath
  • Raised the home 2′ creating a +1,000 sqft lower level addition to the home with 8’ ceilings, separate entrance, and finished bed, full bath, living room, and laundry / storage. Earthquake retrofit.
  • All new white oak hardwood floors
  • Professional landscaping, path/patio, and multiple levels of new cedar decking
  • All new plumbing, electrical, and systems
