Dream home for the DREAM TEAM!
After a couple years of planning and preparing, Jay and Clark grew to appreciate being pro-active in order to achieve their dream of home ownership. They were searching for a home that they could plant some roots down in, and give their pup ‘Moonlight’ a nice yard.
After narrowing down a long list of options, then touring a few properties, they landed on this beauty of a mid-century dream!
Since these two are so pro-active, we were able to save them 100% of their closing costs. Also, the property appraised higher than they paid for it which gave them instant equity! What made it all come together though was the exemplary communication the entire team had with each other at all times. Jay & Clark were quick to respond and provide all necessary information to their lending team, myself (agent), and the title and escrow office. It made a huge impact on the timing of it all.
When working as a team, effective communication, consistency, and sometimes flexibility with the opposing side, will almost always provide an outstanding buying/selling experience just as it has for these wonderful people.
