Blog Buyer Dreaming of the 'Couve

Dreaming of the ‘Couve

By Living Room Realty, December 29, 2022

Ending 2022 on a high note, with my last key day of the year celebrating these two and their incredible new home. S & B are Pacific Northwest natives, and this year they decided to make the move to a place they’ve been interested in for a while – the ‘Couve. We began our search and nothing seemed quite right, until we saw the stunning, turnkey bungalow, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We had written a few offers in competitive situations, but for this one everything seemed to fall into place. Not only were we the only offer in, we also ended up with some amazing sellers on the other end, and together we were able to create a win-win for all!

Just blocks from the new river walk, S & B’s new home has enough space for kids and future grandkids to visit and play, and a cozy elegance that’s perfect for spending these chilly Winter evenings in. Best of all, their son who’s been away at grad school was here for their first day as the new owners! What a special way to end this year and begin the next.

Congratulations, S & B!

Looking to make a move? I’d love to work with you!
