Just look at those smiles! I am just overwhelmed with joy and gratitude that I was able to be a part of helping these lovely people find their first home!
It is a tough market for first time homebuyers right now so when I heard from old friends who were ready to buy a home I knew we had to move fast. Prices aren’t getting any lower and getting into contract before they went any higher was going to be important.
Flexibility can be the key to finding the right home in this market and luckily these two were open to a wide range of neighborhoods. We were able to quickly find an amazing house with all of the perfect spaces and a fantastic yard for gardening and hanging out! We got into contract quickly and sailed smoothly to closing.
I want to see everyone own a home so first time homebuyers hold a special place in my heart. I’d be lying if I said I don’t get tears in my eyes every time I get to hand over those keys.
