When meeting with buyers, I always ask them what they’re looking for in a home. What are their “must-haves.” And usually what the client follows with after the “must-haves” are the “wants” – not necessity, but, desired. The things that make their eyes light up a little bit. There are different levels of certainty in these lists. Some people seem more flexible and open to “seeing what’s out there,” and others won’t be sure until they see it. Some know exactly what they want and what they’ll need in a home.
