When my clients came to me, they had decided to sell one of their rentals but they had tenants in place, with a lease expiring in September. We started getting ready to go, getting the pricing on point and the next step was to let the tenant know, just in case they wanted to move out. We contacted them and lo and behold, they were looking for a house and were interested in buying the house they lived in since it was in such a great neighborhood.. So, fast forward, my clients sold the house to their tenants and everyone is happy! The tenants didnt have to move out or compete with other buyers for a house and the sellers had one the the most smooth transactions they have ever had!
