We are so grateful for the many years of shelter and love that our 1920’s bungalow in Multnomah Village has provided us! After 7 years of loving restoration to bring this former bank-owned home up to it’s full potential, we are about to embark on our next adventure. During the MANY phases, we made it a priority to reduce the carbon footprint (scored 10 out of 10 in it’s energy score) and ensured that systems were updated with pride while being careful to not over-improve for the area. We are so fortunate that this home afforded us an opportunity to stay in our neighborhood and community and into a home that will provide our family and growing children room to live.
