I met my stylish customer at an open house, as she was exploring different options in Portland as an implant from New York City. My focus, when hosting my opens, is to sell the house I am representing, so I rarely offer my services to prospective buyers. However, something about Isabel was different, she was approachable, straight forward, eager to listen to good advice. I felt I could help her in her buying adventure and we started to work together.
After visiting many properties and discussing pros and cons, she gained knowledge and developed a sense for value based on her priorities. Fast forward a few months, she discovered a little jewel in a trendy street where everything is happening. The best restaurants and cafes in town are a few steps from her new home, while the interior spaces are peaceful and full of light. She is going to keep enjoying the city life, Portland style!
