2021 has been a unique year in the Portland real estate market for many reasons. Beyond the lack of inventory and insatiable buyer demand, many out of state buyers have had to make major decisions from afar given the speed at which listings go under contract. In the case of my client Nilo, she, like many this year, relied on her brother’s visual inspection and opinion in addition to several facetime videos to secure her new condo. After viewing several condos in the Pearl and nearby Park Blocks Nilo secured a stunning condo in the Marshall Wells lofts. I couldn’t be more excited for her arrival and for her to start this new chapter of her life in the Pearl! Her trust in her brother, myself and the process is something I am grateful for.
