The Property Management team is committed to continued education and Living Room employees are required to stay current on fair housing laws though annual training. This year we stepped away from the office and dedicated an entire day to education as a team. The keynote speaker Anne Sadovsky wowed us with her knowledge and expertise in the field of fair housing. Plus she kept us entertained with her Texas charm! We spent the rest of the day attending breakout sessions on various subjects, including Assistance/Companion Animals, Fair Housing Cases/Penalties, New Screening/Leasing for Success, LGBT Protected Classes, and Domestic Violence Protections.
Our team is grateful for MulitFamily NW, Leah Sykes, and the GreenspoonMarder team for taking time to share their knowledge at the 2019 Fair Housing Fair.
