Fighting the robot uprising (one house at a time)!

By Chad Meier, March 4, 2020

Thought to post a little infographic representing my first 5 transactions of 2020 just to illustrate how Zillow still isn’t offering much value to homeowners in terms of accuracy or transparency.

The latest pitch from all of these online revenue generation portals is to tout convenience as their main feature. Well my clients simply don’t feel that potentially giving up $20,000 to $50,000 sounds all that convenient to them ;^/

By the way, real estate season is in full bloom early this year and I’ve just closed a couple of files, so… I’d love nothing more than to dedicate my resources exclusively toward helping you (my friends) this spring!

Wanna grab a coffee or a pint and chat about your options?
