When we got the call to say that we didn’t win the multiple offer situation, Eric and Marguerite were heartbroken to say the least.
It was amazing when we learned that the previous buyers were backing out of the sale. Eric and Marguerite had received a rare opportunity to finally take what was meant to be theres.
That they did, we came back to the drawing board and we strategized by digging even further into what it may take to win and wrote an offer that not much higher than their previous but competitive with terms. This sealed the deal for them and now they get to call this their home sweet home. Congratulations to them for putting their best foot forward and being rewarded for it.
