Wow! There is no such thing as a bad view in Portland, but Ami is a professional balcony hunter and it shows. Her new Condo overlooks the historic Old Church which is the perfect backdrop for this local school teacher. I met Ami through my younger sister and we had a great time hunting for the perfect balcony.
Ami’s rent was just as much as a mortgage and she thought it was time to invest in her future. Working as a local teacher she was thrilled her parents, Drs. Goswami’s who live in Chicago were kind enough to help their only daughter and the baby of the family purchase her first home. This beautiful 7th-floor condo near PSU has the balcony she wanted to invest in. Congratulations Ami!
