It seems to be the season of love and housing! My last clients are engaged and just bought their first home, and these two just got married and bought their first home about 2 weeks later! Talk about power teams right there. The first time buyer market is HOT right now with these interest rates and I’m glad people are taking advantage of windows of opportunity. These two got lucky and found a house with no competition- which most of you know is a rare occasion these days.
They are now the owners of a very sweet row house in John’s Landing. Close to everything and loaded with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a garage and bonus space on the main level. They’ll be moving in just in time to cozy up for fall, which is so crazy to me. HOW IS IT ALREADY SEPTEMBER?!
