And what a stunner of a home they found! Ryan and Kai have plans to grow their real estate portfolio for their two kids future. We looked at a lot of homes and they kept coming back to this 70s gem in Beaverton. After some lengthily negotiations they were able to get the home for under the list price plus seller paid closing costs.
The bones of this mid century home are strong and they have plans to make some updates to turn it into their home. I am so excited for them and honored to be a part of their real estate journey.
