Congratulations to my super sweet buyer Katie who picked up a lovely low maintenance duplex townhome in the center of Creston-Kenilworth. She was lucky enough and positioned herself very well to score on her very first offer for her very first home.

This little pocket of Portland is ripe with flavor and charm, centrally located and convenient to so many parks, shops, bike lanes, restaurants and cafes.

I’ll look forward to seeing Katie around these inner SE streets!
