Congratulations to my first time home buyers, Cody & Jodi, for having their offer accepted on their first house! The Vancouver housing market is cooking and after searching the market for a couple of months they found the house for them. Perfect floor plan of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They will be able to settle in and grow their family here. As always, it was an honor helping them in the process.
