All the stars seemed to align for our clients K & L. We met through a past client of mine who referred these two shortly after they moved to the Pacific Northwest and got things started without hesitation. The second offer we made put our buyers in a strong position, but still one that they were comfortable with. We crunched numbers and talked through strategy prior to submitting the offer, and when it came time we held our breath as we waited to hear back. SUCCESS! We were ecstatic to hear that the seller had accepted our offer, and even crazier, they accepted our offer within only 10 hours of the house hitting the market and without going through a weekend.
