These beautiful people, with whom I had the pleasure of helping buy their first home, found the home that they would eventually buy after only a few short weeks. The house was everything that they wanted: a 2 car garage, a large yard for their dog, 3 beds and 2 baths and a space for a gym. Perfect. So, we put in an offer immediately and got it under contract before anyone else had an opportunity to make an offer. Things got weird, when we had the inspection and there were so many things going on with it that needed repair. But they stuck it out, and got the seller to take care of all the major issues, so the buyers were happy to move forward. I am so excited to see how they make it their home!
