It is such a great time to buy and this buyer has perfect timing. He came to me with very specific criteria which I love; he wanted to live in St Johns and he wanted a house he could work on and add value to. St Johns is my favorite area of town and where I live so I got right to work finding homes available. We went out and found a few, but the one he made an offer on, was perfect for him. The home was single level with a great floor plan that needed some updating and is within blocks to Pier park, an 87 acre park with a Disc golf course, walking trails, an off leash dog park and a summer pool.
