First time home buyers find perfection in Vista Hills

By Living Room Realty, October 4, 2021

John and Paige had been looking for their first home for quite some time. Like many other buyers in this hot sellers’ market, the process had been daunting from the beginning, and filled with many disappointments. One offer after another had been rejected, as the homes they were interested in were selling for well over asking price. Eventually, the frustration proved to be too much, and they decided to take a break from their search and enjoy their summer.

After a few months off, they decided to look for a new agent to guide them in their “search 2.o.” That’s when we met, and our hunt began. After looking at several homes on the west side to no avail, a very fortuitous set of circumstances arose. An off-market deal came out of the woodwork on a home that they absolutely adored. And a little over a month later, they are beyond excited to close on their new home this week. John and Paige are wonderful humans with very bright futures ahead of them. They are a great team and a lovely couple to be around. I couldn’t be more excited for them, and it was absolutely my pleasure to be able to assist them in their search. I look forward to celebrating with them very soon!
