It can be a scary experience, buying your first home.. I met Andrea and Michael on a whim; they saw a sign on a house and wanted to know more info about it. The price point they were looking at in Portland was a fierce one.. homes get multiple offers in a matter of hours. They thought they would have to compromise, until we pulled up to the sweet little pink house at the end of the street with a baby fig tree and booming garden. As we graced the halls of the 1939 home, we knew we had to make it theirs. Andrea wanted some character, Michael a yard for their growing family.. it was simply perfect! With realistic, yet high hopes- we submitted our offer. With a little negotiation and a lot of good energy, we closed on the home yesterday! Congratulations and I wish your family nothing but the best!
