Adam & Jessica were so great to work with! We had so many laughs and I cannot thank them enough for their patience and commitment to the process of finding the perfect first home! With few houses on the market and a couple of houses lost. A & J knew what they wanted. A close commute to work, in the neighborhood Adam grew up in, a solid house, a place they could grow into. As soon as they decided to make the move on this one, another offer came in! The other offer was much stronger, but A & J slid into backup position. After two long weeks, the first buyers realized the house was not for them and backed out! Suddenly, A & J were on their way to closing! Some additional highlights of A & J’s purchase were negotiating a new roof and having all of their closing costs paid as well! Congratulations Adam & Jessica!
