Nobody thinks it will happen to them, but I can’t tell you how many times it does…a buyer walks in and falls in love with the first home they wanted to see. Kevin knew immediately this was the one. But he asked if I would mind coming back for a second showing that afternoon so his kids could give him the thumbs up…and there were 3 very enthusiastic YESSES!! One daughter had very strong opinions about who should get which bedrooms, while the almost teenage son had his eyes on the basement… the little one loved the backyard to play in. We made the offer that night and I couldn’t be more happy for this sweet family to be all moved in just in time for Santa to come down the chimney!
